1. Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.

What are your shipping options?

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • UPS Standard – Estimated delivery: 1-5 business days
  • UPS Expedited – Faster shipping option
  • UPS Express – Quickest delivery option

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping and cannot be changed. Contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

How do I initiate a return?

  1. Contact us at info@headsetdepot.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined, check the following:

  • Ensure your billing details match your card information.
  • Contact your bank to confirm there are no restrictions.
